How long will my item take to ship? TOP

On ready made accessories we usually ship within 48 hours of payment received, excluding holidays and Sundays.  On custom orders please allow from 1 week to 3 weeks for shipment from the date of order, holidays may take longer due to demand.  Most items are considered custom because I make them when they are ordered.  If you have a special need please feel free to email me and I will do my best to accomodate you.

Do you make made to match items? TOP

Absolutely!  If you have a certain outfit that you would like accessories created for just send me an email with a picture of the outfit and I would be happy to match bows or a headband to the closest colors I have.

What types of payment do you accept? TOP

I accept Paypal, which is a secure and safe way to shop.  They accept all major credit cards and it is easy to sign up for.  Please visit their site for more information.

Do you ship internationally? TOP

I currently ship to the US and Canada only.

Do you spray your items with fabric stiffener? TOP

I spray all my bows and ribbon art clippies with a fabric stiffener to ensure your items retain their beautiful shape.

Is your studio smokefree and pet free?? TOP

My studio is smokefree and cat free, but we do have an adorable doggy that lives with us.  I can tell you he does not roll around in the ribbon : )

Do you sell your items elsewhere on the interent?? TOP

Yes, I also sell on ebay.com and etsy.com.  You can find my items on those sites by doing an advanced search for seller id mimowha at both websites.  Select bows are also available at www.adorableschildren.com to match their designer clothing lines.

Do you do wholesale orders? TOP
